Hydropower Plant

At present, the Company’s core businesses are divided into two groups:
Energy Business: Operating two hydropower plants in the Lao PDR, with Électricité du Laos (EDL) as the main customer. Operations are conducted through subsidiaries: Nam Houng 1 Hydropower Co., Ltd. (NH1) and Namngiep 2C Hydropower Sole Co., Ltd. (NN2C). In addition, the Company has established a new subsidiary, APDL Solar Power Sole Company Limited to develop a solar power plant project in Lao PDR
Financial Business: Providing vehicle, agricultural equipment, and gold loans through Mahathuen Leasing Public Company (MHTL), as well as microfinance loans through Simoung Express Loan Non Deposits Taking Microfinance Institutions Sole Co., Ltd. (SML). These cover car loans, motorcycle loans, land loans, and Lao government bond loans.
